Orthodontist
Dr. Eric is excited to provide orthodontic services in Spark Orthodontics of Bethlehem and serve patients in the Berks County area. He has been in the dental industry for more than a decade and is originally from Lewisburg, PA. Dr. Eric graduated from Lewisburg Area High School as valedictorian of his class. He then attended Bucknell University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and was also inducted into the Tau Beta Phi Engineering Honor Society. Much of his coursework in college involved learning how to design medical devices and working with a local hospital to help design new equipment.
His desire to work directly with patients, though, is what made him decide to take his engineering skills and find ways to apply them in dentistry. While attending the University of Maryland Dental School for his DDS degree, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also discovered his passion for designing and creating beautiful smiles through orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Eric then moved to Rochester, MN where he completed his orthodontic residency at Mayo Clinic. Since completing his residency, Dr. Eric moved back home to Pennsylvania and has been working in private practice ever since. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and reading.
