Dr. Hartman: "We found a way to deliver care to patients that they find enjoyable. What I really wanted was for our practices not to feel like your traditional dental practice or your traditional orthodontic practice. On a regular basis we have people say, hey we love coming to your offices, it doesn't feel like a dental office- and that's exactly the point. When our practices had grown from one to three locations, I decided that it was important to us to rebrand them all together as one name, one practice brand so that people that lived in other areas who had friends in other areas would know that their friends were being treated by the same practice, and a lot of times the same doctor. One of the things that I think is really important about how we operate is that we never want money to be a barrier to people getting orthodontic care and the treatment that they need, so we've priced our services intentionally to be the most affordable around. We're team-focused team-oriented our number-one goal is to make you happy to achieve the smile that you always wanted."
